This is a Kominka-style cafe, hidden in a local residential area.
The building originally belonged to a penny candy and plastic model store
which ran its business for 50 years.
In May 2023, after some major renovations,
we re-opened this place as “Shinmi Cafe.”
Why not spend your leisure time between your studies or housework
at Shinmi -- a place of calm and nostalgia?
We also have a small space for kids to play!

Directions
- Walk out from Tsukaguchi station roundabout (SOCOLA on the right). Turn right at the first intersection.
- Walk straight towards Gogo-bashi-sen. Cross the road when you see Gusto on the other side.
- Walk straight and pass by Gusto’s parking lot. When you see Liquor Store Mizoguchi in front of you, turn right.
- When you see an yellow front-door canopy, you have now arrived at Shinmi!
